I am a bit of a Christmas rebel. I have never been able to force myself to decorate in all red & green. Our first Christmas tree after we got married was decorated with cranberry, lime green and silver. My kids have convinced me to do a bit more of the traditional colors, but I still love straying from the norm and using fun colors for Christmas. These adorable Woodland Christmas gift tags are perfect for non-traditional Christmas decorators!
Materials Needed for the Woodland Christmas Gift Tags:
To make the gift tags, simply print the free printable (download below). I printed on white card stock, but you could also print on the white side of scrapbook paper for a fun extra!
Cut out the Christmas gift tags and use the hole punch to create a hole for tying the tag to the gift.
Then decorate your packages. Seriously, I do not decorate all my gifts this fancy… I have four kids, after all. But I love dressing up gifts for parents, special friends or a few special gifts for the kids.
I also love to use things like fabric ribbon and fake flowers that can easily be saved to use for crafts later. I’m already imagining a spring craft with these beautiful flowers…
And to save money on wrapping paper, I’m using leftover packing paper from our last move. Simple, clean and goes great with any decorating style!
You can get these adorable Woodland Christmas Gift tags below, whether you are a Christmas conformist or you like to stand out from the crowd. Either way, I’ll still love ‘ya!
Well, I might love the non-conformists a bit more…. *grin*
Ok, no, seriously….. what colors do you decorate with for Christmas?
