Gingerbread Roll and Count
Roll and count printables are some of my favorite activities for helping my daughter with counting. We use these reusable dry erase sleeves that allows her to write with a dry erase marker and we don’t have to laminate. We can switch out the printables as she moves up in the number line!

To Prep: Print out the free printable. If choosing to laminate, go ahead and do so. If planning on using the pouches, add the gingerbread page to the pouch.
To Use: Start with the die and roll. Whichever number it lands on, write that number or number word with the dry erase marker on the lines. Place the corresponding number of buttons on the gingerbread man.
We have a lot of fun with these counting games. There are a variety of ways that this can be used including using play dough instead of buttons. Play dough can also be used to create the number or number word.
If your child needs more of a challenge, you may use two dice, add them together and then continue on with the activity.
