I Spy with my little eye… something super fun for Christmas! This free printable Christmas I Spy activity is perfect for kids to use when they need a little bit of calm in the crazy storm of the Christmas season. Or when you need a little calm, whichever you want to think of it as. I Spy is one of my kids’ favorite games. Even my big kids still love it and revert to it when we have random moments of waiting.

To prep: Print the I Spy picture and checklist. Laminate the picture to make it more durable if you plan to use it with more than one child.
To use: Have your child count how many of each picture that they find and write the number in the box on the checklist.
Just like the Thanksgiving Dinner, Apple Orchard & Pumpkin Patch I Spy, this can be print and go if you want it to be. Otherwise, you can laminate it to use with more than one student or in more than one setting, so that you don’t need too much colored ink.
To help the child keep track as they count, it may be helpful to cross off each picture as it is counted.
Otherwise, young children may count the same pictures multiple times.
This season have some fun with a Christmas I Spy! Then, extend the game by playing I Spy with the Christmas tree to build a new family tradition!
