Old McDonald Had A Farm E-I-E-I-O. And on that farm he had a… This is one of the first songs that my girls learned. Its one of my favorite kid songs. Maybe that’s the reason we have so much fun when we do our Farm Unit Study weeks. We have done activities to help learn about life on the farm but we also use farm as a theme to help practice other areas like fine motor skills and letter recognition.

Kim Staten is a mother of four children ages 20, 19, 16, and 12. Kim has taught at the preschool, kindergarten and early elementary levels for 16 years.
