I think the T.V. is a HUGE distraction. This has been a recent finding in my personality. When I say recent finding, I am talking over the last 3-4 years. However, I didn’t always feel that way. In my mind there is always something more productive I could be doing with my time. My husband has told me that it is his blah time. He doesn’t have to think, work, or do anything, just veg out. I know that everyone needs that time in their day, but when screen-free week comes around, I jump on it. Here are 50+ screen-free activities that can keep everyone occupied.
What do we do, since we have been so used turning on the T.V. when we are “bored”. I tell my children that word is a curse word in this house. There is always so much to do. Walking, riding bikes, swimming, playing games, laughing at the helium booth and dubsmash, having campfires, and making something in the workshop.

You can print these jokes off and tell them around them the table during food time or roast marshmallows and make s’mores while telling these jokes. Better yet, you can come up with your own jokes.
